We’re looking for a driven store manager to our brand-new A. KJÆRBEDE flagship store in Copenhagen

As store manager you will be responsible for the handling of all daily operations needed to make the store function and perform. This store is the first of its kind, which means you will be a big part of creating this new A. KJÆRBEDE space.

You will lead the way, deliver exceptional customer service and be part of our HQ in Copenhagen NV. Working side-by-side with our wholesale department and customer service.

As manager you will have an omni-channel approach to provide each customer with a seamless shopping experience. You look to achieve the KPI’s and build environment, based on an optimistic attitude as well for carrying out in-store events, and launches to help obtaining customers on the regular.

Key responsibilities:

 

• Seamless shopping experience & customer service
• Achieve planned budgets and KPI’s
• Analyze SKU performance
• Optimize to improve on potential areas of deficiency
• Weekly reporting of sales and summary
• Planning store schedules, calendar & handling goods

 

Operational responsibilities:

 

• Ensure storefront and interior space
• Stock control
• Receiving- & returning goods
• Processing claims
• Organizing in-store events
• Visual Merchandising

 

Your Profile:

 

• Proven background within retail management or similar is an advantage but not a must
• Natural flair for interacting and communicating with people
• Organized, structured & service-minded
• Sales-driven & result-oriented
• Fluent in Danish & English
• Passionate about the A. KJÆRBEDE brand
